vouchID Terms of Use

1. WHAT'S IN THESE TERMS
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the vouchID API, dashboard, website, and universal login (together, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. WHO WE ARE
The Platform is owned and operated by vouchID Inc., a Delaware corporation ("vouchID," "we," "us," "our"). Contact: support@vouchid.co
3. PLATFORM SCOPE
The Platform provides age verification and related identity trust services.
It may be accessed via API, SDKs, dashboards, or universal login.
You may visit the website without an account, but access to API or login features requires registration.
4. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 18 or older to register or use the Platform.
Minors are not permitted to hold accounts.
Multiple accounts per person or organization are permitted.
5. FEES
Fees are payable only by platforms and enterprises, not individuals.
Fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Failed verifications do not incur fees.
6. VERIFICATION
All verifications are performed by third-party providers.
vouchID does not store raw PII; only cryptographic hashes or anonymized signals may be retained.
Re-verification may be required at our discretion.
7. UNIVERSAL LOGIN
vouchID may provide a universal login enabling access to participating platforms without repeating verification.
Login credentials must not be shared.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
vouchID owns all rights in the Platform, including software, databases, and documentation.
Limited use of documentation for integration purposes is permitted.
No other use is allowed without written permission.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the Platform to:
- Commit fraud, impersonation, or bypass verification.
- Submit false or stolen information.
- Misuse account data or attempt to resell Platform access.
- Engage in illegal or harmful activity.
We reserve the right to interpret prohibited behavior broadly.
10. TERMINATION
vouchID may suspend or terminate accounts at any time, with or without cause.
Users may delete their account at any time.
11. DATA PROTECTION

We comply with GDPR and CPRA principles.
vouchID disclaims responsibility for third-party providers' processing of PII.
12. LIABILITY
vouchID provides verification "as-is" with no warranties.
We disclaim all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including for lost revenue, opportunity, or business interruption.
We are not responsible for outcomes based on signals we verify.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Delaware.
14. CHANGES
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version.
Continued use of the Platform 30 days after posting constitutes acceptance.
15. OTHER
We may assign these Terms without notice.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vouchID regarding the Platform.
